Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I want to share with you a beautiful picture that I took in my kitchen this morning. It’s a picture of a teapot and a cup with a scripture verse on it. The verse is from Psalm 118:24 and it says: “This is the day which the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”
I love this verse because it reminds me to start every day with gratitude and joy. God has given us another day to live, to love, to serve, and to worship Him. He has made this day for us and He has a plan and a purpose for it. No matter what challenges or difficulties we may face, we can trust that God is with us and He will help us through them. He will also fill our hearts with His peace and His joy as we praise Him and thank Him for His goodness.
This picture also inspires me to enjoy the simple pleasures of life, like a warm cup of tea in the morning. Tea is one of my favorite drinks and I like to try different flavors and varieties. I also like to collect tea pots and cups with different designs and colors. They make me happy and they brighten up my kitchen. I think God wants us to appreciate the beauty and the bounty that He has created for us. He wants us to savor every moment and every gift that He gives us.
So, I hope this picture and this verse will encourage you today as they have encouraged me. I hope you will have a wonderful day filled with God’s blessings and joy. And I hope you will join me in saying: “Good morning, Lord. This is the day which you have made; I will rejoice and be glad in it.”
